Kona's Process 134 proudly exudes trail shredding with the perfect balance of handling and control in technical terrain. That unbeatable feeling comes from Kona's low slung, long reach, short rear end aluminum frame. It puts you in the ideal position to push the RockShox Monarch rear shock to its full 134mm of trail-conquering travel. That ideal geometry also lets you weight the RockShox Sektor fork with 140mm of travel. More sweet specs include Shimano Deore shifting and braking ready to give you a re-education on all-mountain shredding. A KS dropper post and 27.5-inch WTB rims wrapped in Maxxis tires top off this beast with the balance to make short work of the fastest and most difficult trails out there.

This bike is as awesome as the reviews say it is. I've been mountain biking for 20 plus years and this is hands down the best mountain bike I've owned. It has encouraged me to step up my game and enabled me to ride faster, have more fun and increased my excitement to go riding. It actually feels almost like a new sport! One thing to be aware of is that the new geometry takes some adjustment. I've had a couple of crashes that I'm pretty sure we're caused by riding habits I developed on old school hard tail bikes. Bottom line is this: buy a kona process if you're looking to ride downhill fast while still pedaling for all your turns!
